Epimetheus, also known as Saturn XI, is a natural satellite of the outer planet, Saturn. Epimetheus was discovered on December 18, 1966 by the American astronomer Richard Walker.
Surface Features[]
The surface of Epimetheus consists of rocky craters scattered throughout the satellite, and the moon is not spherical in shape. It also was one body with the moon Janus, but later a collision made them to separate, they are now in co-orbital motion
